What I collect
When you use the contact form, call, text, or email, I collect what you provide: your name, email, phone number, the service you need, and any details you include. The site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How I use it
Only to respond to you, schedule and perform your appointment, send receipts, and let you know when booking opens. I do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.
Documents and ID
Documents and identification presented at an appointment are reviewed only as required to perform the notarial act. Colorado law requires notaries to keep a journal of notarial acts; journal entries are kept secure and retained as the law requires.
Service providers
Information may pass through the tools I use to run the business (website hosting, email, scheduling, and payment processing), which handle it under their own privacy terms.
